Aren't you the man who told me running keeps the colds away? Does that mean you haven't been running?

haven't had bug for years. also haven't been running. been limping. complications from early morning crashing into rock incident. minor scalpel & anesthetic work required.
cold water swimming also keeps bugs at bay. try it.
and you mock my falling down. at least no scalpels are required for me!
uhm...how about walking in cold snow? it's just frozen water. though i'm not entirely sure i believe you.
