james bond represents a cod sophistication. his preferred drink, the vodka martini, is one of the vilest concoctions ever made. and is pointless in any case. the martini is perfect. can't be improved upon. and is best made with bombay sapphire.

The Sapphire is the best tasting gin. It seems wrong, though, seeing as it is full of so many other things. I quite like Gordon's, too.
wrong? wot yer mean? all those botanicals make it smell fragrant-delicious.
i'll make allowances for tanquers. but it is over-priced.
It has to be Bombay, or Hendrick's (with a slice of cucumber). Nothing else will do.
Vodka martini's....ew.
I personally prefer a gin and tonic with a swirl of lime. Though I've been told that eventually gin begins to taste sweet I haven't quite made it there. I enjoy Bombay but prefer Tanqueray. I tried a martini with Boodles and enjoyed the taste of that as well.
